     When selecting an engraving designs it will be no bigger than 50mm x 50mm and you will be emailed to discuss your chosen design.

    Change of Mind -

    Due to the handmade and natural nature of our wooden products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

     

    Faulty or Damaged Items -

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a clear description of the issue and supporting photos. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund you.

     

    Natural Characteristics of Wood -

    Wood is a natural material and may feature variations in grain, colour, pattern, small knots, natural markings, or minor movement due to temperature or humidity changes. These characteristics are not considered faults and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

     

    Care-Related Damage -

    We cannot accept returns for damage caused by improper use or storage, exposure to excessive heat, water, moisture or failure to follow provided care instructions.

     

    Custom & Personalised Orders -

    All custom made and or engraved items are final sale and non returnable, unless the item is faulty.

     

    Return Shipping -

    If a return is approved the item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is proven faulty.
